Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the electronics in their original box with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside.
Ship the Item
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the device to confirm its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
